Ingredients
- 2 cup / s sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 egg (s)
- 3 cup flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 1 cup mineral water (seltzer water)
- 1 piece (s) butter
- 1 packet powdered sugar
- Grease for the tin

- Mix the sugar, eggs and oil with a mixer until creamy. Then add flour, baking powder, 1 pinch of salt and 2 dashes of lemon juice and mix together. Gradually add the mineral water and mix everything together (Note: If you want to add fruit to the cake, you can now use mandarins, peaches, blueberries etc. if you like - but drain well beforehand). Grease a baking sheet well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the liquid dough on the baking sheet (and distribute the fruit on top if you like).
- Then put the cake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C fan oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Then do a stick test.
- In the meantime, make the cream. To do this, melt the butter in a saucepan (briefly melt it on the stove and then take it back down as soon as the butter has melted). Now add the powdered sugar package and stir everything with a brush until it becomes a thick, creamy mixture. Then spread the cream on the cake and put it in a cold or cool place.
