Ingredients
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 250 g natural yourt, low in fat
- 50 g powdered suar
- 1 orange (s), which juice and peel (organic)
- 1 teaspoon pepper berries, pink, pink
- 250 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 80 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)

- Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Stir in the yogurt, powdered sugar, juice and zest of the orange.
- Put the amarettini in a freezer bag and roughly chop with a rolling pin. Grind the pepper berries in a mortar.
- Now layer everything in glasses as follows: cream, amarettini crumbs, raspberries, creme, amarettini crumbs, raspberries. Finally, pour the pepper berries over the raspberries.
- Put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. It can be prepared a day before consumption.
