  • 200 g raspberries, frozen
  • 4 teaspoons sugar, brown
  • 60 g ladyfiners or e biscuits
  • 400 g natural yohurt, creamy (Cremoso)

Instructions

  1. Mix raspberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar and let thaw. Break the biscuits into pieces and divide them into 4 small glasses. Spread the raspberries on the biscuits. Layer the yogurt on top, sprinkle with brown sugar. If you like, you can flambé the whole thing.
