Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon cereal flakes (-grain or pithy oat flakes)
- 1 handful raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon almond flakes
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
- 1 cup yogurt (0.% fat) or
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Put the flakes with a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar in a breakfast bowl and pour some hot water over them (they should just be covered, alternatively you can swell the flakes in milk). Let soak for about 5 minutes.
- Then add the raspberries, flaked almonds, quark and yoghurt (approx. 150 g) and enjoy. Also tastes particularly good to children.
