  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 300 g yourt
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 75 g honey
  • 1 egg (s), very fresh

Instructions

  1. Mix the buttermilk with the yogurt and egg. Puree the raspberries with the honey in a blender. Mix the buttermilk mixture and raspberry puree together.
  2. The raspberry flip can be spooned or drunk.
  3. Always keep cool and consume quickly after production - because of the raw egg.
