Ingredients
- 1 lime (s), untreated
- 500 g raspberries
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 250 ml syrup (raspberry-lemon syrup)
- ml 1,250 mineral water

- Wash the lime, cut into 3 - 4 mm thick slices and place in a bowl. Spread the raspberries on top, sprinkle with sugar, cover with cling film and let sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Pour raspberry-lemon syrup and mineral water over the fruits immediately before serving and stir gently.
