Ingredients
- 1 lime (s)
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 handful raspberries, frozen
- Rum, whiter
- 2 sprigs mint
- ice cubes

- Cut the lime into eighths and divide between two glasses. Add two teaspoons of sugar at a time and squeeze the juice out of the limes with a pestle. Now squeeze a sprig of mint per glass a little by hand so that the aroma can escape. I twist in the branches and leaves until they tear something. Add the raspberries and a few ice cubes if you like, fill up with white rum and stir so that the sugar and lime juice are distributed.
- If the raspberries were still too frozen, i.e. not disintegrating by themselves, let the drink stand for a while until the raspberries thaw and crush with a pestle or a teaspoon until the drink turns red.
- Serve with a thick straw.
- For the alcohol-free version, replace the rum with lemonade, but then leave out the sugar.
