- 200 g raspberries, (alternatively frozen)
- 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp
- 30 g mararine, (soft semi-fat mararine)
- Sweetener, a few drops
- 40 grams flour
- 2 teaspoon almond (s), chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown

- Refine the raspberries with half of the vanilla pulp and sweetener and pour into 2 ovenproof cups.
- For the crumble, knead the margarine, flour, almonds, sugar and the remaining vanilla pulp and spread on the fruit.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C (gas: level 2, convection: 160 ° C) on the middle shelf for about 15 minutes and serve while still warm.
