Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 aubergine (s) (approx. 250 g)
  • 1 zucchini (approx. 250 g)
  • 250 g tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • Herbs Provence, possibly TK
  • 100 g tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Chop the peppers, aubergines, zucchini, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Put all ingredients in a solid cooking container and season with salt, pepper, Tabasco and frozen herbs. Stir in the ketchup and tomato paste and cook. Cooking: universal 100 degrees at: 16 - 18 min Season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Side dish: rice Also as an accompaniment to meat dishes or cold to the buffet.
