- 3 medium carrot (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- Dill
- Salt and pepper
- sugar
- 1 dash vinegar

- Finely chop the pointed cabbage, peel and roughly grate the carrots. Everything in one large bowl. Add vinegar and oil and season with the spices. Knead everything well by hand. Then let it steep and, if necessary, season again.
