- 2 cans kidney beans, 45 g each
- 2 onions)
- 3 tomato (s)
- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
- Parsley or chives
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- Aromat
- Seasoned Salt
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground

- Rinse the beans with water and place in a bowl. Cut the onion, tomatoes (only take the pulp without the seeds) and peppers into cubes or fine strips, add to the beans and add chopped parsley or finely chopped chives.
- The marinade is made from vinegar and oil and seasoned with the spices.
- Mix everything together and let it steep for about 1/2 hour.
