  • 2 glasses red cabbage, ready to cook
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Broth, instant
  • Paprika powder
  • Chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them and cook them in a little broth.
  2. In the meantime, mix the minced meat with the eggs, mustard and the spices and fry until crumbly. Then layer everything in a greased baking dish - potatoes, minced meat, red cabbage and all over again. Mix the sour cream with a little cream (so that it is more spreadable) and spread on top.
  3. Put everything in the preheated oven at 200 ° C and bake for about 30 minutes.
  4. Tip: You can also fry the sliced potatoes with a little bacon and then process them as usual.
