Ingredients
- 800 g peach (s), red vineyard peaches
- 300 g suar
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 liter schnapps, (Riesling yeast brandy)

- Stone and peel the peaches (best with a very sharp paring knife).
- Slice open the vanilla pod.
- Put all the ingredients in a wide container and pour the schnapps on top.
- The liqueur can be strained and enjoyed after three months. I leave the fruit liqueurs on the fruit for a year. The aroma then becomes much more intense.
