Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 4 drops rum flavor
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100 g chocolate, chopped

For the cast:

  • 250 g powdered suar
  • some wine, red

Instructions

  1. Grease a heart shape with a 1 liter capacity and heat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Beat butter with sugar and rum flavoring until creamy. Stir in the eggs one at a time.
  3. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and cinnamon and sieve in; stir in well. Finally, fold the chocolate chips into the dough. Pour into the greased heart shape and bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. Let cool on a cake rack.
  4. Mix the powdered sugar with the red wine to form a thick glaze and use it to completely cover the cake and let it dry.
  5. Label with melted chocolate if you like.
