Ingredients
- 700 ml red wine, half dry (e.g. Regent or Pinot Noir)
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 200 ml grape juice, red
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 300 ml grappa (38%)

- Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the pulp. Bring the vanilla pulp to the boil with sugar and grape juice. Bring to the boil once and let cool in the pot. Filter off the brew, then mix with red wine and grappa and fill into prepared bottles.
- The amount makes approx. 1.2 l ready-to-drink liqueur.
