Ingredients

700 ml red wine
500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
2 handfuls raspberries, possibly frozen
2 dashes lime juice

Instructions

Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 4 minutes while stirring. Fill into jars immediately and close tightly.
Tastes great as a spread for breakfast, in quark, as a biscuit spread or as a sweet addition to meat (e.g. game).
