Ingredients
- 1 can corn kernels
- 2 large carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ cup paprika, pickled strips from the glass
- 2 apples
- 1 dash lime juice
For the dressing:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 teaspoons oil
- paprika powder, spicy
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt

- Drain the corn and pepper strips and place in a bowl. Peel the carrots, grate them roughly and add them. Peel and core the apples, grate them roughly as well, add and immediately drizzle with the lime juice so that they do not turn brown.
- Make the dressing from the remaining ingredients and mix with the salad. Season to taste and let it steep in the refrigerator.
