Ingredients
- 500 g herrin fillet (s), doubled
- 3 pepper (s), red, green and yellow
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 2 large onions
- 1 large apple, sweetish
- 3 large pickles
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 pack cress
- 1 packet herbs, mixed, frozen or fresh
- 2 bag / s ready mix for salad (7 herbs)
- 1 bag / s ready mix for salad (garden herbs)
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 g shrimp, cooked, in broth

- Wash, clean and cut all vegetables and the apple very small, I used the Genius vegetable cutter, smallest setting. Also cut the cress into small pieces and put everything in a large bowl. Drain the crabs in a colander. Meanwhile, cut the herring fillets into small cubes. Add both to the vegetables.
- For the salad dressing, mix the honey with the olive oil and prepare the mixes according to the instructions on the packet. Add the herbs and honey-olive oil mixture and stir everything well. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix in carefully.
- The salad tastes best if you make it the day before, then it is well drawn. But we also ate it freshly prepared on hot days with a baguette.
