- 125 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 125 g poppy seeds
- 150 grams flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- 2 egg (s)
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk, warm

- Put the flour in a bowl and add the sugar, baking powder and poppy seeds.
- Beat the butter with the egg and the sour cream with the mixer for about 2 minutes and gradually add the flour mixture.
- Beat briefly and pour into the greased pan.
- Bake at 150 ° C for about 40 minutes.
- Immediately after baking, pour 1/4 liter of warm milk over it (directly in the mold)
- The cake will be even juicier!
- You can also make good muffins out of it.
- Put these in the molds and bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 10-15 minutes!
