  • 250 g flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix briefly with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
  2. Now add the egg and butter and knead everything vigorously for a good 5 minutes.
  3. Shape the dough into a ball and cover and leave to cool for at least 30 minutes.
  4. After resting, process the dough as you like.
  5. (Grandma always made cookies out of them, or a delicious cake base)
