- 1 kg rhubarb
- 250 grams sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 150 g butter

- Clean the rhubarb and cut into pieces of the same size (approx. 1 cm). Bring to the boil with 120 g sugar in a saucepan and cook for 5 - 6 minutes. Then place in a buttered casserole dish and let cool down a little.
- Mix the flour with the remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and cinnamon. Process into crumble with the butter.
- Spread the streusel over the rhubarb and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or straight - simple and tasty.
