Rice baked with broccoli, chicken fillet and cheese

Boiled rice is baked in the oven with broccoli, fried chicken, and cheese.

Ingredients
- Fried chicken fillet (torn into pieces) – 2 cups
- Rice in bags – 1 bag (100 g)
- Broccoli (disassembled into inflorescences) – 3 cups
- Petioled celery (chopped) – 1/3 cup
- Bulgarian green pepper (chopped) – 1/3 cup
- Cream cheese – 60 g (about 0.25 cups)
- Processed cheese (diced) – 60 g
- Milk – 2 cups
- Water – 1 glass
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil for lubricating molds
- Onions (chopped) – 1/3 cup
- Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon.
- Parmesan cheese (chopped on a grater) – 30 g (about 0.25 cups)
Directions
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
- In a small saucepan, combine milk and water and bring to a boil. Boil rice in this mixture until cooked, according to the instructions on the package. Remove the bag of rice from the saucepan, keep the rice warm. Put broccoli inflorescences in milk water on the stove and cook for about 5 minutes, then drain.
- Heat a large cast-iron pot (cauldron) over medium-high heat. Pour in vegetable oil, add onion, celery, and bell pepper, cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Then add cream ad melted cheeses to the pan, stir until the cheeses melt.
- Put broccoli, rice, chicken in a saucepan with cheese, season with salt and pepper. Lubricate 4 ovenproof tins with a volume of about 1.5 cups with vegetable oil. Put the contents of a saucepan in them, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot chicken and broccoli baked rice.
