Rice Cake with Cheese

Rice is very popular not only in Asia; in our country, adults and children alike love it. If you love this cereal, I recommend making a recipe for how to make rice cake with cheese.

Ingredients

  • Boiled rice – 230 Grams
  • Champignons – 3 Pieces
  • Milk Cheese – 3 Slices
  • Cheddar Cheese – 100 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp

Directions

  1.  Wash and peel the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat and add mushrooms to it, fry for 15 minutes, until all the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Grind the cheddar on a medium grater.
  4. Divide the rice into three portions, each divided into two portions, and place half of the rice from one portion into a small round dish.
  5. Place a slice of milk cheese on top of the rice.
  6. Place 1/3 of the cooked mushrooms on top of the hard cheese.
  7. Place the rest of the rice on top per serving (rice will be on top and bottom).
  8. Prepare a baking tray by placing foil on top of it and brush with oil. Turn the tin over onto the foil-lined baking sheet to release the contents of the tin.
  9. Do the same with the remaining ingredients. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 185 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle grated cheddar over the cake and bake for another 5 minutes.
  11. Remove the finished pies from the oven, cool slightly and serve.
