  • 3 banana (s)
  • 6 slices ham, cooked
  • some butter
  • 1 cup rice
  • salt
  • 4 tablespoon curry
  • 3 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan. Dice ham, slice bananas and add to them. Do not fry too much or the banana will be mushy.
  2. Meanwhile, bring the rice to the boil with twice the amount of water and a little salt.
  3. Melt the butter in another pan. Melt the curry powder under the butter. Then fold the curry butter into the cooked rice so that it turns nice and yellow. Serve the bananas and ham on top of the rice.
