Ingredients

  • 2 cup / s rice, sort as desired
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 tuber / s fennel
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 4 cup vegetable broth
  • some parsley
  • spice (s)
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. First you boil the rice with the broth in a pan. The vegetables are washed, peeled, cut into slices or strips as desired, added to the rice and cooked with it. When the rice is done, add a little oil and fry briefly. Finally, season to taste and needs.
  2. If you don`t want to use broth, you can only boil the rice with water and season it yourself as you like.
