Ingredients
- 250 g lon rain rice
- 1 pack Viennese sausages
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 can corn, approx. 400 ml, drained
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon, leveled curry powder
- some parsley, fresh or frozen
- 200 ml water
- 1 teaspoon oil

- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, cut the Vienna sausages into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Roughly dice the onion, wash and dice the bell pepper.
- Fry the wieners, onions and peppers in a little oil. Add the water, bring to the boil briefly and dissolve the vegetable stock in it.
- Stir in the cream cheese and season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. Add 1 can of corn and the cooked rice and mix everything well. Mix in a little parsley and serve.
