Ingredients

  • 200 g basmati rice
  • 450 ml broth, hot
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 8 medium tomato (s)
  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • Savory, sep.
  • Beans, greens, optional

Instructions

  1. Put the raw rice in a baking dish and pour the boiling broth over it. Then add the chopped zucchini to the broth. I`ve also added fresh or frozen green beans to the broth. Season with salt, pepper and dried savory. Savory gives a particularly delicious taste to all types of vegetables. Scatter the sliced spring onions on top and spread the tomatoes in slices on top. Season again and spread the sliced mozzarella on top.
  2. Cover well with aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
