Ingredients

  • 150 g rice
  • 250 g smoked pork
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g sprin onion (s)
  • 200 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 can corn
  • 250 g natural yourt
  • 75 g mayonnaise (salad cream)
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil rice.
  2. Cut the smoked pork loin into large cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut spring onions into rings, halve tomatoes, drain corn.
  4. Mix the yogurt, salad cream and mustard together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
  5. Mix the smoked pork, rice, corn, tomatoes and spring onions with the dressing.
