Rice With Broccoli Stir-Fry

A simple and hearty Asian-style dinner or lunch can be prepared very quickly, especially when using yesterday’s rice. Rice with broccoli stir-fry turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Long grain rice – 150 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Broccoli cabbage – 250 g
  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon. l
  • .Green onions – 5 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon. l.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare food for cooking rice with broccoli stir-fry.
  2. Cut the green onions into small pieces.
  3. We will disassemble broccoli into inflorescences, cut large inflorescences in half.
  4. Rice should be boiled in salted water until cooked, according to the instructions on the package. Drain the rice with water and let the rice cool completely. Better yet, use yesterday’s rice.
  5. It is best to use a wok or any deep skillet for this dish. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry broccoli for 5-7 minutes, so that it is slightly stewed, but remains crispy.
  6. Beat two eggs with a fork and add a pinch of salt. Fry the eggs in a frying pan, stirring them with a fork.
  7. Return the broccoli to the pan.
  8. Add cooled rice. Mix all the ingredients.
  9. Add the soy sauce to the pan.
  10. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Remember that soy sauce is salty. Cook the rice for a couple of minutes and remove the pan from the heat
  11. Rice with broccoli stir-fry is ready!
