  • 750 g rind stomach
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • vinegar
  • oil
  • possibly pepper

Instructions

  1. Rind stomach in artificial intestines or stomach is cut into 1 cm thick slices on the slicer and then with the knife into 1 cm thick sticks (like thinner French fries). The onion is cut into rings with a V-shaped slicer (red onions improve the look).
  2. Then the rind stomach is dressed with vinegar and oil and the onion rings are lifted underneath, it may be necessary to add a little pepper, it depends on the seasoning of the rind stomach.
  3. A rustic, very good tasting sausage salad with bread or roasted potatoes.
