  • 1 large roast chicken
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

  1. The chicken as you like e.g., marinate with an olive oil marinade. Place the rosemary sprigs in the chicken.
  2. Preheat the device to 180 degrees. Place the roast chicken in the air fryer without the pan. This allows the fat to drain off easily through the sieve. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Then bake for another 20 minutes at 165 degrees. This way the chicken doesn`t get too dark.
  3. The baking time will vary depending on the weight of the chicken.
