Ingredients

  • g 1,000 meat (pork, beef or turkey), roast meat
  • 3 onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder as desired
  • possibly garlic
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 400 ml water

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat and season all around with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Let the oil get hot in a saucepan and sear the roast on all sides. Deglaze with the water. Halve the onions and cut into rings. Let the roast stew for an hour over low heat. Then cut the fresh peppers into large cubes and let simmer for about half an hour (depending on the cooking time of the roast). Take the meat out of the pot and use the rest of the stock to make a sauce to taste.
  3. Serve with potatoes or rice.
