Roast with Pork Meat

Roast pork is a delicious and nutritious family meal. You can cook with any meat you like.

Ingredients

  • Meat – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Tomato sauce – 2-3 tbsp
  • Seasoning for meat – 1 teaspoon.
  • Pepper mix to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions – to taste

Directions

  1. In vegetable oil, fry the garlic cloves, cut in half. Cut the meat into cubes, remove the garlic, put the diced meat in the pan, fry for 5-7 minutes, then salt the meat.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into slices. Add vegetables to the meat, stir and simmer under the lid until the vegetables are soft. Add the diced potatoes. Pour boiling water over everything. Add tomato sauce, salt to taste.
  3. Simmer covered for 30-40 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the roast with seasoning and ground pepper.
  4. Sprinkle chopped green onions on the hot roast before serving.
