  • 500 g veal liver, sliced
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter or clarified butter or other fat

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into thin rings and sweat lightly in the clarified butter. Then add the shredded liver and fry all over. Always turn!
  2. Finally, season with salt and pepper and remove immediately from the pan. Serve and garnish with chives.
  3. Fried potatoes or bread go well with it. The portion is enough for 2 - 4 people, depending on the side dish.
