Instructions

  1. Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. The next day, drain the water, dry the chickpeas as well as possible in a kitchen towel and fry them in a little oil until they are well browned. Season with salt.
  2. The roasted chickpeas can be served cold as a snack or warm with meat dishes.
