Ingredients

  • 150 g rock pears
  • 150 g currants (currants), black (also tastes ood with red ones!)
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 150 g rock suar, white
  • 700 ml vodka

Instructions

  1. Put the washed and cleaned fruits together with the sliced vanilla pod and the rock sugar in a suitable bottle and pour vodka over it. Let the liqueur mature for 6 - 8 weeks, then filter and fill into bottles.
  2. It tastes best when it can sit through for a while.
