Ingredients
- 150 g rocket
- 4 tomato (s)
- 100 g cheese, (Grana Padano, optionally Parmesan)
- Balsamic
- vinegar
- salt and pepper
- milk
- honey
- coriander

- Wash the rocket and tomatoes and grate the cheese. Divide the rocket into bowls and decorate each bowl with a quartered tomato.
- Depending on the desired amount of dressing, mix balsamic vinegar and vinegar, season with salt, pepper and coriander and then season with a little milk. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and tomato, spiral over the honey and then pour the grated cheese over it.
