Ingredients
- 1 point pizza dough
- 1 small Can (s) tomato (pizza tomatoes with oregano)
- 150 g cheese, your choice
- 200 g cherry tomato (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch rocket, (approx. 50 gr.)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 200 g Parma ham or Serrano ham thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, from the mill

- Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packet and roll it out on a baking tray, brush with about 1/2 can of pizza tomatoes and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at approx. 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
- Now halve the cocktail tomatoes, put them in a bowl and squeeze the garlic. Wash the rocket and cut off the thick stalks. Add rocket and mix everything together. 5 minutes before the pizza is done, add the oil to the salad and season with salt and pepper.
- When the time has elapsed, take the pizza out of the oven and serve it in portions on plates, then spread the ham on top and then pour the tomato and rocket salad over it.
