- 4 peach (s)
- 200 g mozzarella
- 100 g Parma ham
- 1 lemon (s)
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon honey

- The salad is simply washed and placed in a suitable bowl. Then cut the peaches into bite-sized pieces. The mozzarella is also torn into pieces (looks better than cutting it) and added. Then add the ham and drizzle with dressing. Now squeeze in half a lemon and mix everything well.
- Dressing: Put 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil in a glass and add 2 tablespoons of honey. Then squeeze in half a lemon and mix everything together.
- It is best to serve with white bread and add it to the dressing later. Tastes great!
