Ingredients

  • 500 g wheat, round
  • 500 g wheat flour, type 812
  • 35 g salt
  • 18 g dry yeast
  • 650 ml kefir, (milk kefir)
  • 200 ml water, warm
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients well in the food processor.
  2. Let rise for 60 minutes, then knead the dough again briefly and form dough pieces. Let rise again for 30 - 45 minutes, covered with cling film so that the surface of the dough pieces does not dry out.
  3. After approx. 25 minutes, cut into the dough pieces or shape them with a roll former.
  4. Put in the oven preheated to 250 degrees and moisten the oven with a water syringe.
  5. Let it bake for 10 minutes. During this time, spray water 2 - 3 times into the oven. Then reduce to 200 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.
