Ingredients

  • 2 large apples (e.g. Boskoop)
  • 2 tablespoon almond sticks
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 tablespoon rum, brown
  • 1 teaspoon honey, more liquid, possibly a little more
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cold in flakes

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and remove the core with an apple cutter. Put the apples in a heatproof dish.
  2. Mix the almond sticks with the raisins, rum and honey. Pour the mixture into the hollowed-out apples and pile them up lightly.
  3. Spread the flakes of butter on top and bake the apples at 180 ° C in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Then put on plates and serve hot. Tip: Possibly serve with vanilla sauce.
