Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 200 g butter or mararine
- 200 g cane suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 50 g cocoa
- 125 g butter
- 125 g cane suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 0.5 ½ pack pudding powder (caramel flavor)
- 500 g quark
- 3 egg (s)
- Fat for the shape

- For the crumble dough, crumble 500 g flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 200 g butter, 200 g sugar, 2 eggs, 50 g cocoa with both hands.
- For the filling, mix 125 g butter, 125 g sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 3 eggs, lemon juice, 1/2 sachet pudding powder, 500 g quark with a mixer.
- Put half of the crumble dough in a greased springform pan, press down a little on the edge. Pour abundance on top. Sprinkle thick with sprinkles.
- Baking time approx. 60 minutes at 200 degrees (please check from time to time!)
