Salad “First Snow” with Chicken, Cheese and Grapes

Chicken layered salad allows you to enjoy the taste of each ingredient, while combining ingredients of the “First Snow” salad that are easy to touch each other. Preparing a salad with chicken fillet, hard cheese and dark grapes; it is also a salad of eggs and walnuts.

Prepare products for the “First Snow” salad: chicken fillet, eggs, mayonnaise.
Grapes, cheese and walnuts.
Immerse the chicken breast in boiling water. In half an hour she will be ready. At the same time, put the eggs hard-boiled (a pinch of salt will prevent them from flowing out, even if the shell is cracked). 8 minutes after boiling, transfer the eggs to cold water. Cut the boiled eggs into strips.
Cut the fillet into medium cubes.
Chop the nuts (if desired, dry) with a knife.
Grate half of the cheese using a coarse grater, and chop the rest with a fine grater to get thin sharp strips that look like frost.
Put a layer of chicken fillet on a plate.
Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Spread the walnuts evenly.
Then coarsely grated cheese.Spread the cheese layer well with mayonnaise. Lay out a layer of eggs on top.
And put grapes on top of a salad of eggs, chicken fillet, nuts and cheese.
Sprinkle puff salad with chicken and grapes with grated cheese “hoarfrost”. Festive salad “First Snow” is ready.
