Salad with Red Fish, Green Beans and Bell Peppers

A wonderful salad with lightly salted red fish, which is prepared in literally 10 minutes! Freshly salted fish will be accompanied by green beans, bell peppers, and red onions. The combination is excellent, both in taste and in the color palette of the salad surpasses the best expectations!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Salted red fish – 100 g
  • Sweet red pepper – 100 g
  • Red onion – 20 g
  • Green beans, frozen (or fresh) – 160 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Refined sunflower oil or olive oil – 0.5 tbsp

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt. Put the green beans in boiling water. Let the water boil again, reduce heat, and simmer the frozen beans for 3 minutes (fresh beans will take 5 minutes).
  2. Throw the cooked beans in a colander, rinse with cold tap water and leave to drain. The beans should cool completely.
  3. Wash the red pepper, remove the inner partitions with seeds. Cut the pulp of the pepper into strips. Transfer the chopped peppers to a bowl.
  4. Peel the red onion and cut into thin half-rings or quarter rings. Add onions to peppers.
  5. Cut salted red fish fillets into strips or cubes. Add fish to a bowl with chili peppers and onions.
  6. Transfer the green beans here.
  7. Season the salad ingredients with salt, depending on your taste, and pour in a little sunflower or olive oil. Stir the salad.
  8. Salad with salted red fish, green beans and pepper is ready.
