Salmon and Spinach Sandwiches

The sandwiches are made with salmon, yeast-free bread, and cheese spread.
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- Smoked salmon (cut into thin slices) – 180 g
- Spinach, small leaves – 1.5 cups
- Large cucumber (finely chopped) – 1 pc.
- Cream cheese – 120 g
- Carrots (finely chopped) – 1 pc.
- Zucchini (finely chopped) – 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper (cut into strips) – 1 pc.
- Chives (chopped) – 2 tbsp
- Yeast-free bread – 12 slices
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground cayenne pepper – to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, and chives. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Brush 4 slices of bread with sour cream, put salmon strips on top, put spinach leaves on them. Grease another 4 slices of bread with cheese spread, cover the sandwiches with the cheese side up, top with cucumber slices.
- Cover the sandwiches with the remaining 4 slices of bread and cut gently in half or 4 pieces.
