- 1 cup cream cheese, firm
- 1 cup sour cream, firmer
- milk
- 1 packet smoked salmon
- 1 onion (s)
- salt
- Dill (frozen)

- Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together. Carefully dilute with the milk to the desired creaminess.
- Finely dice the onion. Cut the smoked salmon into fine pieces. Stir both into the cream.
- Add the dill. I go there by feeling, so that the dip is well sprinkled. Season to taste with salt. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 day.
