Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillet (s) (wild salmon)
- 500 g spinach leaves, frozen
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream
- 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- some paprika powder, noble sweet
- some salt and pepper

- Thaw the spinach leaves. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces and sauté with the spinach leaves in the pan. Mix the sour cream, cream and tomato paste together, then season with paprika, salt and pepper. Finally, mix the spinach leaves with the cream.
- Salt and pepper the salmon fillets, place in a baking dish and spread the spinach leaves with the cream on top. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
- Serve the fish with rice.
