Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillet (s) 15 - 150 g
  • 1 tablespoon. Herbs Provence, dried
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 150 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the salmon fillets and sprinkle with herbs from Provence. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and dice the pulp of the avocado. Heat the crème fraîche with the milk in a small saucepan. Add tomatoes and avocados.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the salmon fillets for two minutes on each side.
  4. Bring the cream sauce to the boil again briefly and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
  5. Arrange the salmon fillets on plates together with the cream noodles.
