Ingredients

  • 750 g salmon fillet (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), (pizza tomatoes, 400 g)
  • 3 large clove (s) garlic, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 250 g zucchini, cut into slices
  • 200 g herbal cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground black.
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Coat a baking dish with oil. Salt and pepper the fish and place in the pan.
  2. Spread the garlic, tomatoes and basil on top, season with salt and pepper. Place the zucchini on top and season with salt. Mix together the cream cheese, wine and breadcrumbs and pour over. Bake at 200 ° hot air for approx. 20 minutes.
  3. We like baguette bread with it.
