Ingredients

  • 2 slices puff pastry
  • 1 salmon fillet (s), (e.g. frozen)
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Thaw the two puff pastry sheets and roll them out. Season the salmon fillet with lemon, salt and pepper and place on one of the platters. Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top. Brush the edges with egg yolk and press together. Spread the rest of the egg yolk on the pockets. Bake with convection at 200 ° for about 20 minutes.
  2. A fresh salad tastes good with it.
